The role will be based at the iconic Tubbo Station in the Riverina district of NSW. The role presents the opportunity to live on-site and immerse yourself in the business. Reporting directly to Station Management, you will be a strong communicator, a driven and committed team player who is focused on progressing their career.
The successful applicant will require the following attributes:
– Natural animal husbandry skills & experience (sheep).
– Passion, enthusiasm & a willingness to learn and grow.
– Ability to communicate & work well in a small team environment as well as independently.
– Excellent problem solving & time management skills.
– Experience with farm machinery including tractors & implements.
Duties & responsibilities include:
– General station/farm duties & maintenance.
– Operation of machinery for pasture & crop production.
– Stock work including drenching, yard work & mustering of sheep.
– Fencing & stock water maintenance.
