Hewitt has entered into an agreement to acquire Nolan Meats, with the transaction expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. The deal remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including applicable regulatory approvals. Following the transfer of ownership, operations will continue at the existing facility in Gympie, Queensland.
